Thanks for that help.
James married a Mary Ann ? b 1848 Chelford in 1872 for his second marriage.
Can you give me their detials from 1891 and 1901 please to see if they had any children other than Edith Sarah my relative, and John from his first marriage.

Hi all,

I'm looking for as much info as possible regarding the James Knight as follows.

James Knight b 1841 Rushton, Staffordshire. Living; Poynton Village 1881. Occ; Gardener (Domestic) 1881.

Shouldn't be too difficult as Rushton is small or may even be Rushton Spencer in Staffordshire.Can we find him as a child with parents and siblings in 1851 & 1861? Where was he in 1871?
