London. vol 4a 129 copy of the certificate will give both parents. 1881 census Charles. 34. Born West Ham. Commercial Clerk Mary A 27. Born St Botolphs.Mx. Grocer Charles H. 2. Born West Ham Albert J. 6 months. Born West Ham. 1 servant. Living. Shirley St. 1 Devonshire Terrace. West Ham. I cannot find the marriage of Albert on the date you give. If you have the definite date and place then a copy of the marriage certificate will give you his age, his Father's name and occupation and witnesses who may be siblings. Hope this is of some help.
