James BARNES married Ada Malinda BREACH. He was born about 1853 in Waltham, Kent. She was born about 1852 in St George in the East, London.

James and Ada are recorded as married in Steyning, Sussex in December of 1872.

Children from this marriage are:

James William
Henry John
Albert
Mary Louise
Alice
Clara
Beatrice
George
Florence May
Maud

The earlier births are recorded in West Brighton; the later births are recorded in Gosport, Hampshire.

I am related to them through my BREACH/BANFIELD family lines, Ada being the daughter of William BREACH + Sarah PHIPPS, granddaughter of John BREACH + Charlotte PRESCOTT, granddaughter of John BREACH and Sarah BANFIELD - if I've followed this line correctly.

I am hoping to learn more of other connected families.
