I can see that his wife was Caroline but cannot trace the marriage of Charles Richmond to Caroline in England/Wales from 1841-1865. This presupposes that if they were married then it was before they came to this country. However I can see that Nancy and two brothers were born here - Nancy 1861 2nd quarter Whitechapel 1c 351. If you get the birth certificate of, say, Nancy, you will find the maiden name of Caroline ... and then determine whether she had an English name. |
