I am researching Peter Banks, my husband's family, so am looking for information about Charles Henry (known as Harry) Banks born c1897 in or around Spalding Lincolnshire, but later moved to the Pinner, Middlesex area, probably to work. Occupation and wife's name unknown but it is thought he had 3 sons between 1936 and 1939 - ?Michael, ?Christopher and name unknown, all first cousins to Peter. One of these three visited other family members while working for a while in Stamford, Lincolnshire as a police officer some years ago. |
