I am having real trouble finding the McStays on any census. I am looking for:

John McStay, brn 1838 , Carlisle
Wife: Jane brn 1839, ??
Agnes brn 1865, Carlisle
John brn 1875, Newcastle
George, brn 1878, Newcastle

I know they came back to Carlisle but unsure when. Jane died in 1907 in the Carlisle Workhouse.

Any info wiil be very grateful
