Hi All,
I'm hoping someone can find John Cumming born 1827 In Elgin,Morayshire,Scotland emigrating before 1851 to Caledon,Peel County Ontario.I found him there age 25,a carpenter,single in the 1851 census.His brother George,born 1834 ,also ended up in Ontario,in Rosemount village,Mulmur township,as a storekeeper and postmaster.He had left Scotland by 1859 but may have gone later than his brother John.
