Court Documents, Child Maintenance Payments

Can anyone help or point me in the right direction?
I am trying to find court document papers/record, half sister subject of maintenance payment order in possibly 1962/63. in Cheshire.
Who would hold these records and can copies be odtained of them.

Any information would be of a great help.

If this went to court then i'd have to say Cheshire social services were probably involved. Might be worth giving them a call Mon morning and asking.
