1891 census lookup please - I think I'm onto somet

Please, please could someone look up Elizabeth Jane Harry on the 1891 census. She was born in 1874 in Newport, South Wales. I'm expecting her to be living in Cardiff at the time of the census if my hunch is right, otherwise she will still be in Newport.

Rats! Sorry, I don't have them. This is part of the hunch. I think I have finally found the right birth to enable me to send for a certificate and get the parents names, but I wanted to try and see some more 'proof' via the census if possible.

Is it impossible without the parents names?

Hmmm, if my sources (grandmother) are right, she never married so may be on the 1901 census. Any possibility of looking there please?
