you cant email them you apply through the website glitter baby has given you . You have to register ,free, Then follow the instructions, you will need the GRO ref and make sure you tick the box on the first page of the order that you have the GRO ref ,then you only need the name and the ref , you dont need to fill in all the other details of the person ie parents names etc.

Certs cost £7 with the GRO ref.
