I am trying to find a way to find my father's birth certificate. He was born in Roodeport, Johannesburg South Africa in 1915. I am having no luck can anyone help me.

Researching:
Spain, England, Ireland,Scotland, Europe & Africa Surnames to be looked for Searra, Hemmings, Henning, Knox, Thompson,

hi sandra,dont no if i can help,but my dad was born in johannesburg in 1918,and i have his birth cirtificate,.think you would maybe have to write.on my dads it says,that a register is kept in pretoriaany help?joanne
