on Freebmd you may find the GRO ref from which you can order the cert, you cant view certs online you have to buy a copy .

Google FreeBMD its free to search and very simple to use.

Same with family search site google for it . but that doesnt give GRO refs cos its the Mormon Site but you may find them on there with a marriage date .the 1881 census is also on thre free to search.

Any information on the marriage of William Bayliss b1817, in Halesowen, Worcestershire & Mary Walters b1821 in Halesowen, would be VERY much appreciated!

They had their first child, Hannah in 1842, b in Halesowen, so I would imagine the marriage would have been between 1838-1842

Thanks,

Marion
