Irish/Liverpool McNally's

At a dead end with my GG Grandfather. Would appreciate any help. He was James McNally who was born in Castleblayney, co Monaghan, Ireland, in 1845.His sons Patrick (b 1865) and James(b1871) moved to Liverpool and were registered there in the 1891 census.Thankyou.

Hi, I would like to know who he is married to and if there was more family. Only know of him through another relative. Can't find any record of him. Cheers karen

I take it he and his wife did't come over to England then.

Irish records are very difficult to find as most records were badly destroyed in the 4 Towers fire during the War, having said that a lot of churches still have their own records but most people have to visit to get the details.

so Lets hope you strick lucky

Patricks wife could be Mary Callan
