have you tried the family search site or pallets index

the Pallot index shows the image of the register index... which is ... brief!!

It is handwritten, and shows

Chas Lovett = Mary Wetherall. Marylebone 1830.

nothing else! arguably it could be spelled Witherall.

what are you trying to find? Censuses might show information on children, and in-laws, plus their places of birth.
Will have a quick scan on familysearch for you now...

Just to put the record straight:

Pallot's Index image doesn't show the parish register. The image is of a slip of paper.

Here's part of what Ancestry has to say on the index.
'The index slips were handwritten on paper, and indexing continued regularly over a period of more than 150 years. Each slip identifies the church or chapel in which the marriage was celebrated, the names of bride and of groom, whether spinster, bachelor, widow or widower and sometimes other detail along with the date of the event.'

The actual register would have witness names, sometimes father's name &, though rarely, other information.

It just gives you a very good place to start your investigations.

I would also add it doesnt have that many of the marriages, so dont be disappointed if yours isnt there . Further they were as Ozi says just slips of paper that Mr Pallot and his fellow researchers wrote on and mistakes do creep in to the names( and witnesses where shown.) The Pallot slip for my GGFx4 shows the groom as his uncle - I assume he was a witness!

London Signatures is a useful site to try also.
