Unfortunately she would have missed the 1901 census which is the last one available for us to search if she were born November 1901. Have you found her marriage and bought the cert for her dads name? |

Even if she was born in a workhouse, her birth would still be recorded in the index. Could she have been born somewhere different? There are about 9 Margaret Bell births in the December qtr. of 1901, and more in the March qtr. of 1902 (in case she was registered a bit late). |
