1871 Census help

I've come across a sticky patch in my search for my mothers ancestors..

Mark Gradwell 1867 when searched and found on the 1871 Census he was 4 years old born in Derby, Mothers name was Catherine 30 (surname unknown) father it looks like Cournelios, or Bouilious or even Eouilios aged 31 born in Manchester, the handwriting i can't quite make out... can anyone help me... it looks like an unusal name

although i did try a search on him i didnt find anything, but now thats confirmed, i just couldnt read the squiggles as it looks like the pen leaked
