William Philip Parker Born between 1877 - 1878
His Father is Admiral John Parker (not sure about Admiral could be John Parker) this information was from Williams marriage certificate in 1905. So far the family have originated in Wandsworth but I cannot find him their.
He married Mabel Julia Howard (she was possibly from Ports Sea Need help. Thanks Vicky
