Thankyou Linda for responding to my posting. I'm looking for a record I guess Military. My Grandfather was Frank Lawson Smart born April 2/19021 in Kirriemuir, Angus Scotland. He served in World War 2 1939-1945 and was stationed in Blackpool. He was Ground Crew, a Lead Mechanic responsible for the Balloon Barrages. Unfortunately I do not know his Service #. His wife name was Elizabeth Lindsay Smart(NIcoll). They lived in Brechin, Angus Scotland.
