My mum seems to think that when i was born (1987) she and my father might of had to put theur national insurance numbers on my original certificate. Can anyone tell me if thsi is the case as I dont want to buy a copy of my certificate unless it does state the numbers. Many Thanks

i had to put my national insurance number on my daughters cert
but that was for child benefit

never did on any of my childrens born between 1975-1998
