Your best bet would be to apply for the marriage cert. which will give you her father's name and occupation and a link to the census: |

Hi Diane, you will need to purchase the marriage certificate to ascertain her age and her father's details. |

I am trying to trace a Ada Gillam who married a Robert Barratt 1920 Rugby. Its very difficult as I do not know where or when she was born. All I know is they had 3 children Avis, Christolene and Robert all born Rugby. She left home when the youngest was 7 (around 1935). She may have remarried under the name of Gillam or Barratt. Any help would be appreciated. I only have her name from one of the childrens birth certificates (my mother in law) |
