Can anyone please tell me who lived at 99 Dartsmouth Park hill, London 1919.

For Electoral Rolls you'd need to contact the local reference/local studies library for the area concerned and see what info they have.

Here's the link to the location on the map - its a very long road and it looks like 99 is right near a borough boundary?!!? Try the London Borough of Camden and this Islington (I think)
