But no children with them hmmm.

Debbie, Betsy is on the 1901, but if that is them in 1891 that I found, where are the children?

On the 1891 census when Charles was born they were living in Bulkington, Warwickshire but the street name was Weston in Arden which was what was listed as their birthplace in 1901.
Incidentally, mistranscribed as Lutton in 1891.

Still loooking has got the right family , betsy was a miller before she married born in ryton but then the loveitt name fits the john HARPER sutton same marriage date as miller too
