Couldn't find an Emily Coleman marrying William Spikins 1914, was it a slip of the pen? Found following

COOPER Emily M Spikins Spalding.7a 572 1 1914
SPIKINS William Cooper Spalding.7a 572 1 1914

Only other marriage in the area but your William would have been too young
SPIKINS William Boston.7a 778 4 1881
