Hi, Could someone please help.
I need a check of the Electorall Roll for Westminster, April 1951.
I am looking for the surname Pow, Other names connected are Griffiths, or Cunningham Pow.
Address is 18 Winchester Street, Westminster
Thank you,
Sue

Hi Susan
Try e-mailing Westminster local museum or library they might look up one address for you for free my local one does. But I think they may only be able to tell you who was living at 18 Winchester St in 1851 if you need anymore info than that you might have to pay
Good luck

Hi Wendy,
Thank you for your help. I have already checked with Westminster Archives. They said that there were 2 Pows living there plus lots of other people. I wondered if someone could give me more info of it. I have a birth cert for that address (Griffiths) but they aren't on the Rolls for then.
The mystery gets deeper.
I am looking for a William Griffiths and his mother name Pow. They seem to have disappeared of the face of the earth.
Thank you once again

Thank you Von. Never thought about the mother being young. I will see if I can find any births for her tomorrow.
Father was definitely over 21.

I will try and get to London to have a look at the registers. It will make a day out!!
