i have found a birth for a marion frawley on aussierecords6054, it is nsw 1st jan 1874, i know its a long shot but you never know. if you send me all the info you have on lilian and owen sullivan i,ll be more than happy to search for you, my email is [email protected]

Hi, I am trying to find any information or family of Owen Sullivan who's occupation was listed as "Seaman". He is my maternal grandfather and all I have is his name, listed on my mum's 1st marriage certifricate, in Erskineville NSW, in 1933. Owen is listed as "Brides father - Deceased". He may (or may not) have been married to Lilian Frawley, as she is listed as "Brides Mother - Deceased". I have checked the historical lists on NSW B.D.&M but have found no birth of Lilian Frawley, 8 births for Owen Sullivan but no marriage certificate for them.Therefore mum's marriage certifacate is the only information I have on either of my grandparents. I can't ask mum as she passed in 1981 BUT, she always told us she was adopted. I am at a total loss here and don't know where else to look. I would appreciate any information at all that could lead me in the right direction. Many thanks.
