Looking for the Oylers/Market Workers.

My Father in Law had Oyler included in his list of numerous forenames. I understand George Oyler was a valued friend of John/Jack and Ann Stevens, nee Green., parents of my father in law. No doubt named as a compliment.
Are there any connected Oylers out there please? These are most likely to be East End connections. Late 1880's?
John/Jack Stevens is described as Master Motor Maker.
