We think no children from the second marrIAGE. theres some doubt about his first marriage
Some say two girls called Ivy and Rose and a boy
Some just say one boy and girl.
No idea of the son's name. And think its Essex but thats all we have.

Ah thanks Jen. They might not be him either then!! I have been told he married a Mary in 1911 ish divorced her and married an Iris!!!
Cant find either marriage.
Found a marriage 1912 Chelmsford to an Alice! and now this one. Could just be confused elderly relatives!

I didnt know that!! so Frustrating. I dont think that one is mine.
He was born Essex/Suffolk border, then lived in Essex but he died in the Grimsby area in the late 1980's we think. Very vague. No one left alive to tell me!!

No, you are not doing anything wrong...FreeBMD doesn't go up to 1941 yet.

Found this one in 1941.... but it is Wells Somerset.

Dec Qtr. 1941
Frederick Sealey.....Wall......Wells 5c 1416.

Will try 1940 and 1942 for you....but might not be until later...

I have been trying to look on BMD for a marriage between Frederick Sealey and a woman called Iris which took place in 1941 in Essex (dont know where) I know he was a divorcee.
But when I put the details in I get every date from 1898 to about 1918. what am I doing wrong?
Can anyone help me please??
