Am laughing...yes...think my Granny liked wedding cake!!!. Phyllis (jnr) had two brothers from my Granny and Grandads marriage (one of them being my Dad) and a brother and sister from Grannies 2nd marriage. All deceased except Phyllis (jnr). Complications started on Grannies death when children were adopted and others put into care. All very young so had little recollection of childhood. Am trying to trace any living relatives of Phyllis jnr who I traced and am now in regular contact with...I said it was complicated!!! |

Tom...can you tell me where you got the info on Norman Cartwright. I have looked on Tees valley indexes...found a marriage in 1935 (n ot sure if it is same Norman)...but couldn't find a death registered....Many thanks |

thanks nikki....yes that is correct. Difficulty finding death details as don't know year but know if I could find them it would perhaps lead to finding lots more info. Am in constant contact now through GR with his neice who was put into care when she was very young and am trying to find any other relatives surviving for her. Its a very long and complicated story!!! |

thank you all so much. I already have some of that information and was hoping to find anyone that knew details of sons particularly interested now in finding death certificate for Norman Carwright (son of Thomas and Mary. He was born 1900 and know he resided in Bute street, Stockton.Have got his birth details but cannot find year of death. Its a long and sad story but would love any help on trying to track death cert. Any ideas |
