Could anyone be able to see if there is a record of the marriage of my g grandfather (Robert Loxam) and g grandmother (Mary (Polly) Radcliffe) in Lancashire (possibly Lancaster)? |

Hi Colleen, there were no marriages for Robert Loxam anywhere in England or Wales on freebmd between 1900 and 1915, sorry. (http://www.freebmd.org.uk/cgi/search.pl) |

Can the freebmd be trusted to have all of the marriages listed? I have not idea about when or where they shipped from and to so I have no idea where to check for marriages on board. I guess that at sometime I will be contacting the east coast archives to see if they have any records. |

Not of any help in your quest, but........... I was brought up in Lancaster, and the name Loxam was well-known there. |
