Maybe they were from different marriages ie either different mother or father?

to each other,they were all pattersons,charles edward was my g grandfather,ernest died during ww1 and violet died in 85,but i can't find violet anywhere.there's a charles in 1 family and an ernest in another and still no sign of violet,got my head done right in.

Who were they brothers and sister too? sorry im confused

thanks for that info on thomas.have just been speaking to an aunt and she has told me that charles ,ernest and violet were brothers and sister,so don't know were to go from here?

Thomas on 1881, would appear that he maybe didnt know when he was born!?

on the subject of elizabeth have been informed that her father was thomas mother was elizabeth and by the 1891 census y.o.b 1835 and he's down as a belast ireland sea mariner.need to try and find out more about him.sue

I searched freeBMD from 1880 for Charles E Patterson and the earliest one is one born in 1890, which means he would have only been 14 when he married!!

There are none for the 1880's at all. It jumps from the two i already provided to the one in 1890 then 1897!

i think i've been sent on a wild goose chase.need as much info on elizabeth guy & charles edward patterson,married oct/dec 1904 sunderland district.major info required on charles,his place of birth,parents and siblings.i know this is alot to ask but the info i was originally given sent me barking up the wrong tree.it's a mystery to me !
