I am trying to find the bithdate and place of my Grandmother. Her name was Edna Davies born around 1900. Her fathers name was William Alexander Davies. Edna married Ahmed Husan in 1931 in Liverpool and she died in 1956 in Liverpool. Her children were Ernest Davies - Norman Davies (sometimes known as Norman Bland) Ruby Song Davies, Desmond Husen and Joseph Husan. We can place Edna in Ripon North Yorkshire from 1917/1921 where she worked as a domestic. We also believe that she went to France to work as a Domestic for a short period with a friend called Margaret. The places she lived in Liverpool are 139 Windsor Street, 68 Mill Street, 166 Upper Warwick Street, 19 Bloom St. Liverpool and 18 Mozart Street. |
