George in the 1841 is saying born Warwickshire, England

Clou

Clou Report 2 Sep 2007 00:08

True.

I believe in some way Ann Lawrence is the person not elizabeth.

I may be wrong. Unless i'll try find George's birth on the IGi and see if the area matches.

Is it people on here that you are talking about, If yes might be worth sending them a PM just asking where they got that info from

I think you need to try and find him and wife in 1841 and 1851.

Did Ann die before 1851 census or after? If after then she should be on 1851 - so should Elizabeth.

At the moment it seems as if they are two separate George's.

Clou Report 1 Sep 2007 23:23

Im getting confused now!!

In my tree and other confirmed tree I have the marriage of George Mealings to Ann Lawrence in birmingham 1805.

I think George also married Elizabeth Gough in 1806 in Birmingham.

It shows up on the census of 1861 He was with Elizabeth unless of of u can find him with Ann on the census????

I think one of the marriages could be bigagy(SP!)

Could u help please?

Hope i have explained clear if not pls ask

Clare
