I am trying to find information about my great grandmother Edith Mary Johnson (nee Smith). I know she married on 24 December 1906 to Tom Quickfall Johnson at which time they were both living in Caistor, Lincolnshire. They had children James Harry, John. Kate Augusta, Edith , Mary & Fred. I can trace back the Johnson line, but have been unable (through lack of details) to trace back Edith Mary. All I know, is that according to her marriage certificate her father was James Smith and his profession is listed as 'Draper'
The witnesses at the Marriage were William Lacy (Lacey) and Lillie Chart.

I also believe that she died fairly young (possibly late thirties), but not before 1917 as this was when her youngest child was born. I think she may have died fairly soon after, as this child was sent temporarily to London to be cared for by relatives.

Can you help?
