Yes a community name is the way to go.

Also when you pm somebody they only get your first name which throws them a bit. I've put my community name as my first name as well (into 'my accounts' ).

With the new system, you need to put your board name in 'community name' in your account details, or it will use your christian name only (no surname) as your posting name.

This could get confusing as, obviously, a lot of people share the same christian names.

PS judging by the membership number the second Jackie is very new to the site.

In that case why has the second Jackie added to this thread and not started another of her own - unless she is new and doesn't know how to use the boards.

This could be very confusing.
