I'm researching my great grandmother's family. They moved from Dudley then in Worcestershire to Staveley, nr Chesterfield, Derbyshire in 1891. My great grandmother's name was Sophia Williams, her parents were Robert and Elizabeth Williams they had 8 children. Richard Elizabeth Sophia All these were born in Brierley Hill(now in West Midlands) Robert Mary Maria Job Olive All these were born in Staveley, Derbyshire. Sophia Williams married Job Scott in 1915. Sophia had an illegitimate child in 1911 called Elise May. They had 4 other children I'm looking for any information on the family and descendants after 1901, I know that 2 of the children were married in the Sheffield/Rotherham area. Thanks Christina |
