Trying to find Jones

I am currently researching details of my father, Henry (Harry) Jones who died c.1976-1977 and my half-siblings. He married my mother, Doris in 1941, and his family were from the Smallthorne area of Stoke-on-Trent. I believe he had 2 brothers, Jess and Joseph (who owned a grocery store in Chesterton and was married to Clare) and a sister, Mary. I understand they had strong connections with the Salvation Army, certainly in the 1950s. Following my parents' divorce c.1950, I believe my father moved to live in the London area and later remarried twice, having other children. He had also lived and worked in the Edgbaston area in the mid 40s. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated. |
