A Tamar Low died Mar. Q 1868, Brentwood, Middlesex, aged 47. (3a 69), But why wasn't she called Tamar Bennewith? Also on the 1861 census.

Yes Margaret we do ....Joanna was a wittness at her sisters wedding in 1870 but after that we can find no marriage or death of either Tamar or Joanna ..

Do you have this from IGI. It's an extracted record. Samuel Thornton Bennewith married Tamar Jane Low or Philbrick, 20 Mar.1858, Old Church, St. Pancras, London.

Possible 1851? Great Burstead, Essex John Coop Low, head, 33, shoemaker, born Bramwell, Essex Tamas, wife, 34, born Woodham Walter, Essex Harrison Jane, dau 1, born Great Burstead Very difficult one to read. They've transcribed daughter's name as Harrison. I don't know.

Please can anyone find Joanna Jane Low born about 1850 in Essex poss Rayleigh her mother was Tamar Jane Bennewith [Joanna was the daughter from Tamars first marriage ] Tamar was a widow for the second time when her husband Samuel Bennewith died in 1860 her maiden name was Philbreck but I have no idea where or when she was born thanks Lynn
