I have applied on line for a birth cert for Annie Phillips who I believe to be my maternal grandmother. Father :William Phillips. Mother's maiden name :Taplin. April - June 1917 Vol/pg 7a 56 District Blaby I have today been told there is no such entry. Can any one help & tell me where I went wrong. If anyone is in the vicinity could they check the entry for me? many thanks Dee
