Hi there There are only two people with the surname Bench listed and they are both called James and Born in Hook Norton. One is the father and the other one of his children. Sorry I can't find your other people I also have the 1851 census if this would help let me know. Alison

Hi Alison Thanks for your offer you may not be able to help me but here goes My ancestors name BENCH A few were born in Buckingham although they moved to London around 1860. I am looking for John Holt BENCH and his wife Lydia although they would be in their 80's so I dont hold out much hope. Thanks again Janice
