Hi Maz Thant strange, i haven't had a problem with my computer maybe it was a false alarm like you said. It's fine to post it on here best to be safe than sorry. I've got to admit i don't know much of the benbows especially John. All the info i have is from Margaret Ann Benbows Marriage certificate in march 1908 which is. Margaret Ann Benbow aged 20 Father John Benbow (deceased) occupation Signalman. The marriage took place in st james broughton Salford. So im guessing they were living in lancashire at least. Heidi

Hey Heidi!!! Can't find the Daniels at mom - will try again tomorrow. Are either of these your John Benbow 1 is living with mother Mary in Liverpool - is a laborer, born Liverpool 2 is lodger in Abram, Lancs - is a labourer in coal mine, born Stafford. Maz. XX

Thanks for that you've help straighten out a few things. i've just checked free bmd and theres a death for a Sarah Ann Peers aged 1 manchester 1891 and there's a birth for a Sarah Ellen Salford 1898. Theres also a birth in sept 1880 and a death jun 1881 for a Daniel Peers. In 1892 theres a birth for a Daniel Peers and a Birth for my daniel peers in 1874. So the family on the 1881 can't be the one. So my Daniel Peers are still missing.

Heidemarie, don't want to complicate matters, but I had a similar thing where ages didn't work. It turned out the first child had died, when they had the next child they gave it the same name. Sorry to make things more difficult!! Maz. XX

Hi Thanks for checking for me. But it's the two Daniel Peers im seeking. They would be 48 and 6 on the 1881 census. Although im abit confused on the last one having a daniel peers 9 mth as on the 1901 the same family have a son Daniel aged 9 surely he would be 18 yet they have a son Robert aged 19? who is also on the 1891 census aged 9? I'm Totally confused. also(sorry i know im waffling abit) Theres a daughter Sarah A aged 1 on the 1891 but on 1901 theres a daughter sarah E 3? Do you think this Daniel could me mine but the wrong age (alot of difference)? Does anyone have access to the original 1881 census image?

I've Daniel Peers senior and junior on 1891 but can't find them on 1881. Daniel Peers Junior is becoming something of a mistery he's also missing on the 1901 (there are daniel peers but none are him but his dad and mum are listed) but i have is marriage cerftificate in 1908.
