I have tried several avenues but cant find Katherine Brown details. She was born 1871 and died 1901. Was married to James Dickson McKerrow. I would really like to find parents or siblings names if possible. |

James Dickson McKerrow (spouse 0f Katherine Brown) was from Lanarkshire, Douglas area so I presume she would have been from near by. Gloria |

Hi Thanks for the info. not quite sure what to make of it. Looks like the correct age for James McKerrow and the same area but I only knew of 1 sister Janet and she is not listed. Just checked my reords and their father died 1909. The family listed had a brother as the head of house. So I am not sure about that!!more research is needed on this inflormation. The 2 Katherines (with a K ) one is listed as imbecile so i think unlikely to be her. Which just leaves the other one!!! More research needed here I think. Thanks for all the info. Gives me something to work on. Gloria |
