Have you tried searching on www.familysearch.org/ ? Follow the links in the resource centre. It doesn't cost anything and although there is a lot of data missing you might find a date and place, although sometimes it may take a long time. Good luck! Denise Wawman |

My Great Grandmother was born on 16.3.1855 her Mother is Elizabeth Whittington formerly May and her Father is John Whittington - Coach Makers Clerk. She was born in sub District of Ore, Hastings, Sussex. I am looking for the marriage between her parents Elizabeth May and John Whittington I cannot find a marriage certificate on freeebmd and have searched a few years of 1837. Is there anywhere else I can look? Maggie |
