Hi John, Do you happen to know if Farnworth will be included in the Prescot parish registers? If so, I have a look-up request. Regards, Carol in Rochester, N.Y. |

Hi John Thank you for your kind offer, I hope I'm not too late, and that you can have a look for the marriage of my g/g/grandparents: John Lea who married Jane Cartwright around 1853. The first child I have for them was born in 1854 in Parr (which I think comes under Prescot). I have also not been able to find the birth of John Lea, but I don't know a year, very probably pre 1837!! I don't know his father's name, but his marriage details will hopefully give this. Any info you can find would be much appreciated, once again many thanks. Christel |
