Hi, I'm after the site for the Lincolnshire and Lancashire 1871 census' or if anybody has them I'm after lookups for the following: Thomas Maidens/Maidons Skelton, b c1852 probably living in Newtown, Lancs he was a blacksmith in 1873 and his father's name was Thomas. Sarah Jane/Ann Thornally b c1851 probably living in Burgh Le Marsh, Lincs. She was a servant in 1873 and her father's name was John. Laurie |

Dont give up on me yet Laurie, I have not forgotten you. Last week the weather was too bad and my husband had the flu. I still have to search HULME area of M/C, I know he is not in Newton (I have the surname index) must buy all the indexes it would save me time. The best of it is, my husband will be retiring next week, so I might try and drag him with me, two old pair of eyes are better than one. I will not stop looking until you tell me to. Denise |

Hi Denise, Thanks. I have just received their marriage cert through and these are the details off it. It looks like they were married in a Wesleyan Chapel in Manchester. I look forward to hearing from you. Laurie |
