I'd like to know what was happening with Richard Johnson b1840 who was married to Rosina Chaplais (nee Loveland) b1841 in 1879 in Kingston. There was one child Kate Emily Johnson who I believe was Richard's daughter but was there any more children?? Thanks

Gosh - thanks but now I am more confused. Kate was Richard Johnson's daughter and Pierrre Chaplais died 6 years before she was born!! Thanks

Hi Lauretta, Sorry if I've made matters worse! lol Could have been the enumerators error. I have double checked, but both Francis & Kate are down as Chaplais. Interestingly the index transcript has all four down as Johnson!! If you would like a copy of the page, e-mail me, and I can send it on. Debbie
