Does anyone have Staffordshire census 1861?

James Turner was born in Burslem in about 1856. By 1871 his family were in Co. Durham but they may still have been in Staffs. in 1861. His parents were John, a coalminer, and Mary Ann. If anyone could find them in 1861 I would be very grateful. Valerie.
