TRYING TO FIND INFO ON BIRTH MOTHER

i am trying to find out some info on my mothers real mom. My mother was adopted on the 12th May 1950, was born on the 28th Oct 1949 and was given the name Valerie Jane Thwaites. She was born at Lyndoncroft House, Stafford Road in Lichfield and Winifred Thwaites was her real moms name who lived in sparkbrook in Birmingham. Winifred also had another child a boy who we think was approx 2 years of age when my mom was born. We also believe that he's name was David. My moms birth was registered by winifred on the 17th Nov 1949 at Lyndoncroft House. The info is for medical reasons to see if there is a hereditory link to a medical problem.
