my mother[jean wallis] had a baby daughter. she was forced by her parents to have her adopted. mum named her jeanette but this was possibly changed by her adoptive parents. she was born in the 1940s, but before 1948. i have tried mums last remaining brother but he cannot help ashe was away in the war at the time and knows no more than me. mum was living at st margarets rd, kensal gn, London at the time. jeanettes father was a canadian soldier by the name of fred meacham. can any one tell me where to go from here? |
