Viv dont worry the hot flush will pass hope you had a great Birthday next month I will be the Big 60 , So glad you are on the mend last year was very hard for you its taken me almost 4year to cope with the murder of my young brother,different illnesses and a By-Pass but we have to be strong, look what you are doing now helping others its the greatest gift also takes your mind off ones self so keep your chin up be happy thinking of you Lov Helenxx
