I've not been able to access Ancestry.co.uk or ancestry.com since Friday. Is anybody else having problems Cindy

I was able to get in on Friday, but not today. And they have just asked me to renew my subscription! Jan.

As you can see by the board, I have also had difficulty with the site, both yesterday and today. I have used other parts of the site but the general search is loading too slowly. I have wasted a lot of time, I thoght it may have been a problem with our computer. I am only a guest on the site, so I suppose the problem is with the Ancesty.com site. Paul C

Thought it was my kids loading too many games on p.c that slowed it down, They will be relieved they are off the hook!!

well iv'e had no problems getting onto this site,but iv'e had one hell of a problem trying to cancel my subscription,and i'm still trying now ...pat
